Refund Policy

Pro is $19, paid once. If it is not worth that to you, ask for the money back within 30 days and you get it back. No form to argue your case, no "what could we have done better" gate between you and the refund.

The window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase. A request inside that window is approved. We may ask for an optional one-line reason because it helps us fix things, but leaving it blank does not slow anything down.

How to request one

Signed in, go to your account refund page and click the button. It processes the refund through Stripe immediately. If you cannot reach that page for any reason, email hello@gpalift.com from the address on your account and we will process it manually within 24 hours.

Timeline

Once processed, the $19 returns to your original payment method. Stripe and your bank handle the transfer, which usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

What happens to your account

Your account stays active. Pro features turn off and your account reverts to the free tier. Any transcripts you synced to the cloud become read-only rather than being deleted, so you do not lose your work. You can still use every free calculator, and you can buy Pro again later if you change your mind.

After 30 days

The no-questions window is 30 days. After that, email us anyway if something is genuinely wrong. We would rather fix a real problem than keep $19 you feel you should not have spent.

Chargebacks

Because the refund is self-serve and immediate, please use it instead of filing a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback costs us a dispute fee and takes longer for you. If you have already requested a refund here, you do not need to do anything else.
